For those requiring a bit more help, Emerald has personal care plans with only you in mind. We recognize that needs may change from time to time, and we want you to be able to live your best life. Our Director of Care will be pleased to work with you to design your customized plan. We are here to ensure all of your care needs are done with the dignity and respect our residents deserve.

Requiring assistance with a maximum of 4 services from the following assisted living care needs as per physician/hospital assessment:

Daily Vital Sign Monitoring
Medication Management/Administration
Regular observation of well being
One Assisted shower weekly
Morning & Evening Dressing and Hygiene

Escorting to and from the Dining room and Common areas
Wound care
Oxygen Monitoring
Injection therapy
Toileting assistance

Specific dietary requirements (gluten-free, diabetic, celiac, low sodium)
One person assist
Schedules resident check 3 times a day
Therapeutic stocking assistance
